Simple .. it was a blatant crosscheck across the back with the play NOWHERE near with 8 minutes to go on a 2-2 game. As stupid as stupid can be. That single play cost the Habs the game.

And Plekanec - Kostitsyn were completely invisible tonight, as usual.

5 vs 5 the habs did better overall . Until that PP goal in the third period the momentum shifted a bit.

So it's supposed to be the best bruins team since 1972? I'm not very impressed.

This game was lost on the stupid penalty by Josh Gorges.
Habs had the momentum in the third.
Very dumb cross-check with the puck not even near the crease.

while the Gorges crosscheck was stupid, Boston only had the puck because of a blatant trip behind the net seconds earlier.

so basically a goal after puck covered and penalty that the bruins could have easily been called on 10 times on bruins because all they do infront of the net is crosscheck to the head cost us game 1 nice
