Well from reports, Bouillon could be the one in the lineup, if his stuff is indeed in Boston.

If Brisebois does play, on the bright side, it can't get any worse. That was the most awful game I've watched him play all year. Usually, I'm frustrated because 95% of the hate is unwarranted but with his awful performance on Thursday night, I can't even find a positive.

It just shows how bad people thought Brisbois played last night

BULLETIN: Bruins' Hunwick rushed to hospital
posted by Dave Stubbs at 11h23 EST on Apr 18

From Pat Hickey in Wilmington, Mass.:

Bruins defenceman Matt Hunwick was rushed to hospital this morning after complaining of pains which the Bruins believe are related to a spleen problem.

"We won't know anything until later," said coach Claude Julien. "He was feeling alright when he arrived here for our team meeting this morning. Then he said he didn't feel well, our training staff looked at him and they decided the best thing to do would be to send him to the hospital."

Two fire rescue trucks from the suburban Wilmington, Mass., fire department arrived at the team's training facility. Hunwick was transported on a gurney to one of the trucks and it left with two police cars providing an escort.

"I'm not a doctor; we'll just have to wait to see what they say at the hospital," Julien said. "He definitely won't be in the lineup tonight but that's all I can tell you."

Shane Hnidy will replace Hunwick in the lineup for tonight's Game 2 against the Canadiens.

Was it Avery who had a spleen problem last year? Or was that something else?

I think canceling the pre-game skate is a ploy by Gainey. Markov is secretly being sent to Boston with his equipment and will miraclously show up just before game time. I can only hope.

If the Habs can stay disciplined, and the refs are not **********, we can take this one. key is to capitalize on our chances. The last game was decided by three plays; the lack of a whistle on the Kessel goal, the missed net by Tanguay, and the cross-check by Georges. Hope those key plays go our way this time, something that has been all too rare this season.

At first I was like Wtf Laraque on 1st line ... But if you look at the 3 other lines, they can all score goals.

I really like the Higgins Metro Tanguay line which is the 4th line, tanguay and higgins are excellent players and metro is playing very well recently.. Higgins scored last game and he is always playing well in playoffs.

I don't mind Laraque being on the ice with Kovy and Saku but in the 3rd period with the game tied last game and 10 minutes left, there is no more place for him on that line

I would send back Tanguay on the 1st and put Laraque with Pleks and Kostitsyn cause right now they are the ones that need the space out there the most cause they are sleeping.Kovy-Saku and Alex can find their place out there, they won before and they know what it takes to get it done

I think that would an excellent idea. This would put D'Ags with two d responsible players so his gaffs may be minimized.

Correct,I couple of shifts for D'agostini with Higgins and Metro wouldn't be a bad thing IMO and they would be a better line then the Bruins 4th and can get us a huge goal

Ward isn't too shabby. He's almost like a Jason Smith. Little offensive abilities, but big, physical and defensively aware for the most part.

Let's go habs! Strong game, use your speed to your advantage and don't let the Bruins physical game take you off yours. If you have a chance, lineup a Bruin and level him. If you don't, let it be. Don't go running around the ice looking for a big hit. You might take a penalty, or be out of position, causing a good chance for the Bruins.

Smart hockey, boys.

Haha, that's awesome. Nothing better than casting malchance upon our enemies in french.

"Savy" should turn to the camera just before a break and whisper

You're right in your first sentence. Dunno about the rest. We came back 2-0 and for all intensive purposes could have won altogether. Last game was good to prove that once we go down we won't give up like we used to. I think more likely, if we take the split, then our chances of winning are hugely improved cuz it gives us time to get Markov back and take it to a game 7 IF we havn't already found a solution without him.

We were good on thurs, but you just know they will be better than they were.

*hoping for a Boullion miracle tonight* (never thought I would ever say that)

Not sure if this has been discussed already or not but for the first time in a very long time I heard a smart non-racist comment by Michel Bergeron.

Basically he said that with laraque in the lineup he is keeping the big bad bruins at bay. A better option would be to play a guy like stewart who can instigate and hopefully force boston to take some undisciplined penalties and keep them in the box.

Keys to victory:
- Don't let Kreiji score (they have a good winning record when he does)
- Whoever the center is: TAKE KESSEL and don't let him out of your site
- Stop Chara's shots from the point, don't worry about the down low, Carey will cut the angle (or we should expect him to)
- Keep your head up and make the SMART play instead of just railing it around the boards
- No dumb penalties (which really means, don't give the refs a chance to screw us over)
- Put the 1st line together for at least 2-3 shifts to see if it works

This will be a hell of a game, not gonna be easy, but I think we will prevail. GO HABS GO!!!

When Boston makes you break up your best line and a put a goon there, they've already won.

Gainey should only do this for one or two shifts. I really, really hope that he doesn't have Laraque on that line as often as he was last game. Laraque has absolutely no finish and the Habs can't afford to miss chances tonight. Go with the horses that got us here.

Agree, two shifts every period is fine or maybe when there is a face off in Boston zone.. make him crash the net... but all the game? It's a major killer.

I don't understand what people see in Laraque, to me he is a liability on the first line or the line up at all, I wanna see kovalev - koivu - tanguay more than 1-2 shifts dammit or if you wanna split them put them with offensive guys and actually play with the lines you practice...
