Please tell me how Koivu isn't positive... He's the only player who actually isn't scared to hit CHARA, and he is ****ing 5'10 or 11 whatever.. And if he is not productive, well, it doesn't help when you have laraque on your line..
ive seen saku hit chara more than ive seen chara hit saku lol
the guy is a warrior..so sad he has to deal with the BS here..he deserves a cup..
-A lot of UFA's will prob. not come back. So Gainey/new GM can start putting even in more youth.
-He has to make decisions on Higgins, Plekanec's futures.
-Last but not least: Kovalev owns Thomas.
+
Kovalev. 11 goals 8 assists for 19 points in his last 12 games. Two goals in as many games. Hes been by far the best player for us tonight and in the playoffs so far.
Koivu. Couple of points and a lot of hard work and determination. Got an assist on Kovalevs goal tonight.
Komisarek. He had his best game in a while, he was a nice physical presence and got on a few players nerves.
Real good plan of attack the first ten min of the period. Gain neutral zone and make short passes. Unfortunately that didn't last.
Another positive? Looks like the UFA line still has some buzz to it. If only they'd get reunited. I don't even know why they were broken up in the first place.
The only positive they're playing home for the next 2 game. The habs hold the worst record on the road , while boston hold the best at home(Or close anyway) (team participating in the PO)
Habs need to win the 2 next game or they're done.If they go to boston 1-3 forget it, Boston will finish them right there.
I'm almost certain Montreal will win at least 1 game home.If they don't even do that.Oh well. The Bruins are just that much better than the habs.
The habs were simply too much hyped by the media. They choked.
We had lot of injury .. lot of crap happenned. So much for the *centennial*
Gainey, to this point, has made horrible coaching decisions. To me, he's not even giving the team a chance.
Lapierre and Andrei on during the last minute of a game we trail by 1-goal?
Laraque on the first line?
There are others, but those two speak volumes about what's happening. In other words, he's taken any strength we had in our game, and crushed it in his own hands, trying to make our team play a different style than we have for 99.99% of the year. And it's probably the stupidest decision I've ever watched a coach make.
At this point, I wouldn't be upset if Gainey handed over the coaching duties to Muller and/or Lever. They can't honestly do a worse job.
1) We're 2 days closer to getting Markov back
2) Possibility (remote as it is) Lucic will be out for a game
3) We've seen the last of Price for this season.
The positives are that other than the late game scrums, The Bruins have not dominated physically. Julien have so put into his players' heads to be disciplined that they've not much hit or given solid checks to de-stabilises the Habs. And as such we're still in the series. I think it's a mistake what Julien is doing, he should let the Bruins act like the Bruins and it would be far easier for them, Habs would acted like scared puppies on the ice on the last game of the season. Against a better team or a better coach, The Bruins would be in trouble.

I think you are right let's hope we can steal at least games
