If Tanguay is out, he's hurt pretty bad. B's finally get their long awaited revenge on a Habs team decimated by injuries. The worst part is their fans will never acknowledge this.
You can't seriously believe this? Tanguay is obviously hurt or nowhere near 100%, that's all this means.
I come in peace, lol.
Just trying to find out what's going on with the lineup. Boston Globe is saying Tanguay out, Greg Stewart in!!?? Is that accurate? Are Tanguay and Schneider hurt?
Tanguay has been awful, along with the others, brisbois, latendress, and to a degree lapierre, thank god there is no cube, laraque forgets why he is there, quite being a""nice guy"" and just whip the crap out of anyone for no reason, what's to lose, , they didn't answer the playoff bell, whereas Kovy, & Higgins(the year long whipping boys) have been quite good. Hurry up and lose so I don't have to listen to those bigots on RDS anymore.

Im sorry, I have to beleive it a little, gaineys decisions throughout the first 2 games AND NOW even before game 3 even started...were thrown this..
tanguay better be hurt..because i just cant for the life of my understand why bob was giving a PPG player 4th line minutes and laraque was getting first line minutes...and now because tanguay only had 1 point (not bad) in 2 games on the 4th line, ..he gets benched..?

Speaking for myself, it's too bad that the Habs are hurting, but unfortunately, it's part of the game. Last year the B's were without Bergeron, and Kobasew in the playoffs, and Chara and Savard were playing hurt. I'm pretty sure MTL fans were not crying a river for the B's

It's entirely plausible that both are injured. Schneider, as you may remember, made a comeback from an injury for that game in Boston that gave Montreal its berth-clinching point.
Tanguay has been injured much of the year, but also missed the last regular-season game (being "rested") and was used in a limited capacity during these playoffs... suddenly that "rest" seems to take on a different meaning.

Well, Markov and Komisarek were both playing hurt and Koivu missed much of the series, so it's not like the injuries went entirely one way that year.

Thanks, I cannot imagine those two being DNP's without there were injuries involved...unless Gainey is trying to light a major league fire under the team's collective a**?

Last year we had our own bunch of guys playing hurt as well. This year they're not even in the lineup. I'm sure you'd take Chara in the line up at 60% than not have him at all. Losing Bergeron doesn't even compare had you lost Chara. I'm sure you understand this. We have no Markov, no Lang, no Tanguay, no Schneder. We're hurt and it'd be ludacris not to acknowledge it.
Yep, CBC just said it. Tanguay and Schneider are both out with upper body injuries. ****
No team can withstand injuries to players of this importance. We're toast no matter how hard they try tonight. Only way is if our goalie plays shutout hockey.

I did acknowledge it (I thought, lol).
Probably would have been a much better series with a full lineup on both sides (Sturm and Hunwick for the B's), the guys you mentioned for MTL, but it's not over yet. I will be disappointed if MTL just rolls over, and I am not expecting that to happen.
