are you suggesting gomez might actually hit an open net tonight? cmon thats crazy talk! I agree though i have a feeling avery is going to have an impact one way or the other. We'll either win it in OT or lose 4-1, hopefully they pick option A...

no, we dont have canal+, we have a company called UPC, multi-european company orignating in holland. what i did was buy an entire package (discovery channel, history channel, sci-fi channel, espn america and about 70 others)

so, i missed games 1 and 2 because i was traveling in europe for business and the rangers win. i come home and watch game 3 and they lose. i had a hockey game on wednesday and missed game 4 and they win.

my problem is i want to watch the game tonight but my wife and friends are telling me to watch the red sox/yankees so i won't jinx the rangers.

i already know what i'm doing but what would you do?

Go watch the Yankees.

In all seriousness, I don't believe that watching a game jinx a team. Do whatever your more interested in.

I know the videos won't work so I'll put links up to them as well if anyone wants to view them. The one above is one I've been posting since last year's playoffs. I believe in this team. Play hard, play smart. Win the battles, get pucks to the net, crash the crease. Let's Go Rangers! This other one is one I posted last year when we were in a very similar situation. I hope it turns out just as well.

After reading around today, it's amazing (but certainly not surprising) how a ton of the press are painting the Capitals and Ovechkin out to be the victims here. Like it's such a shame they are down 3-1 because of just a "hot" goalie. All the focus is on what the Capitals can do and how they should be up 3-1 instead of down. Ohhh... woe is me... there is no celebration whatsoever of the underdog in this series. Everyone loved Henriks perfomance for about 6 minutes, until reports came out that "its not over yet" from the Capitals lockeroom. Ovechkin and company are just as much the media darlings as the Penguins are and i'm getting sick of it, even though this is exactly what the Rangers want going into tonights game. Let the focus be on them. Let the pressure build on top of a rookie goaltender with a do or die game in his hands in front of 20,000 people.

**** the Capitals and **** the media. **** Ovechkin and **** Varlamov. **** Green, Semin, Backstrom and the entire ****ing team and **** the Refs.

END IT TONIGHT.

I almost puked listening to Jay Greenberg on CBC yesterday. We all know the Rangers are steep underdogs but come on already the team has shown some amazing character infront of Henke.

Love this team....very proud of the effort they have put forth in this series.

Time to show everyone else what we knew all season. This team does not quit. This team does not stay down.

It's time to prove everyone wrong...

Yes... we can!
