I believe Lehtera must return to Tappara next season to finish out his contract unless something gets worked out, but as of right now Lehtera will not be a memebr of Peoria until this same time next year.

Palushaj keeps racking up the points. Tony Hrkac was an excellent signing by the Aeros. It may not seem like much, but he's makes an already experienced Houston Aeros team much, much better.
Palushaj's got game. But I sure hope he eats his chicken over the summer.

I've watched only short bits of the games. Way too busy right now, but...
Yes....Palushaj is small. Strong, but small and needs to get bigger. Also, he's kind of a pinball bouncing around a lot. That may be why he was benched for one of the playoff games. He's just a kid and he'll calm down.
Pietrangelo is a real smooth operator out there, almost in an aloof kind of way. He's dominant, but like 2 Minute Minor said he seems rather chilled out. But who knows? It's hard to read him.

Wow... that's almost word-for-word what people were saying about Pronger 15 years ago.

That turned out pretty well, eh?

I hope that's a good omen. But I see that mean streak in Pronger, that toughness....and I just haven't seen even a glimmer of that from Pietro yet. I hope it develops as he gets a bit of maturity.

I would like to see this as well, but if it doesn't im really not worried, he will play physical enough and be more of a sound dman than a powerhouse. Thats his style if you have seen him play a lot. I would like him to work on his skating as well because I would like him to be more of a Lidstrom type dman, while guys like EJ and Cole are rocking bodies. Not every all star d man hits a lot, guys like Lidstrom, Gonchar, and other big finesse dmen are not overly physical but play the body well and efficiently. Either way Petro will be a tough dman to have to play against. I would rather him be more like Lids than Prong because he would be forcing a stlye of play that isnt natural, IMO.
Legace gave up two goals in last 5 minutes of regulation.
Palushaj did not play. Too many penalties.
I wonder why Vishnevskiy is not playing? P_B....any clue?
Dave Eminian's coverage of the series, and the entire season, IMO has been sub par. I'm willing to give him the benefit of the doubt that he has "other duties" and the Star.
It is just that I would have liked him to cover the Dallas Stars prospects a bit more and especially Lehtera, the Livingston experiment (or whatever it was), and new arrivals, Palushaj and Pietrangelo. I've written Mr. Eminian twice about covering these guys more and he's never responded to me, which is strange because he seems quite nice and usually gets back to me.
