Well, he is at it again.

But I'm reporting it here for others to see.

What's the problem?

Well.....he's right, isn't he? Eklund has popped up with another rumour, and the OP has clearly proven this with a link.

And what does "wtmil" mean?

I got some rules now(after on too many infractions)

ruls I have imposed on myself over the last few years

1)Put any topic that has VALUE of in the title on my ignore list--I hate them and would rather have people make a trade offer then asking me what the value of a player is

2) All things eklund get tossed on my ignore list ie welcome to my ignore list. This done becuase I have decided to ignore all peopl who post links to said site. I only responded to the original post becuase he was mocking the rumour--but yet posted it--always find that ironic-also I toss on all discussions get tossed on said list--so no more responding to this topic for m--cause I hate it when i break my own rules

I have other rules--but those are the only two the apply to this board

It would be funny if they traded for Jbo's rights for him to only continue waiting tell july 1st to be signed by Edmonton. Where he is from and his girl is going to be working as a nurse. And lets not forget his family has ties to Billionaire Oilers owner Mr. Katz. Jbo already knows whats going to happen and its happening in E town. Heard it here first.

Its been so nice and Eklund free for awhile...I thought he just gave up since everyone figured out he doesnt report "rumors" but instead just fictional BS.

Oh well.

As for the rumor, yup, doubt it.

Agreed!!!

His website is a lot more respectable with subpar hockey coverage but rumours like this one is what draws in hits.

..and this is only the beginning of it until trade deadline next year

If the Habs want to try to change their image, I suppose starting with J-Bo would be a good way to go. That said, I wish them luck in trying to get him to sign. J-Bo in Mtl would be kinda like George Costanza when he was pretending he was from Arkansas to impress a girl..."This town will eat you alive."

I'd rather keep Markov than bring in J-Bo. And why can't the Habs have both? They need another Top 4 guy anyways, may as well make it Bouwmeester...

I don't see Bouwmeester signing with a big market team, the man is incredibly, incredibly media shy, I don't see him being happy where the scrutiny is as intense as it gets in hockey.

I would love to see some team in our division make the horrific mistake of giving Jay-Bo $7M+/yr. Nothing says failure like blowing precious cap money on players who aren't worth it. But alas, since Eklund reported it the rumour is unlikely to actually happen. Damn Jinx!

Let me be the first to say: By putting people and threads on the ignore list, you're not punishing anyone else but yourself, and you're fooling yourself if you think they care!

As for the so-called rumour, who wouldn't want Bouwmeester? Take that with a grain of salt.

Sure didn't stop Markov from re-signing here. I doubt Jaybo is more shy than Markov.

If he hates the media then why doesn't he stay in Florida? I guess that rules out any Canadian hockey teams
