Bingo. Good at reacting, not so good at being proactive.

Part of the learning process for the young core I guess.

yup it was awful. I was living down south so got the center ice package cause i pretty much have watched every game since the late 90's. I pretty much didnt watch any of the last 40 games that year. it was pathetic.

Yeah man, as everyone else is saying, it was terrible.

I fell asleep pretty much during every game. I have never seen hockey played as lifelessly as it was during Dave Lewis's time behind the bench.

Yep, it's the bell RINGERS you want in the play-offs....The bell answers generally do it too late.

Other then our four Cup guys, this is the furthest many of these players has gotten,,,Even Chara only made it out of round two once.

maybe they should have practiced and worked on the passing and hitting instead.

I just can't believe how badly this team has been outskated. That has not been the story all season long.

I can't believe it either. They have been outskated, out coached, out performed, out played. Completely dominated and if you asked me before the series I would have said we would win handily. What the heck is going on here?

The Bruins have a lot of guys who are not exactly speedy. Ward, Hnidy, Wideman, Chara, Recchi, Bergeron, Bitz, Yelle... I could keep going. It's showing right now.

Maybe CJ should give them another day off to think about things.

Maybe they should have gone bowling...

Honestly though, I've never been a fan of the "team only" meetings. You're in the second round of the playoffs. If you need special meetings to motivate your players, you have a problem.

I think maybe they didn't throw the bear head around the room. That would have helped I'm sure.

That's why they have the meetings. That's like saying if you have to resort to chemo therapy you have a problem- sometimes it needs to be done.

"Okay guys, look, we have to come together here. This is important. We have to work like a team. Got it? Alright, so which tropical island are we going to?"
