There is no such Blade...

As a.....

Lie of 5
Open or Slightly Open
Moderate Curve
Mid or Toe Curve
Round Toes

If you can find something like that, you're my hero.

That's only a 3/8" curve, considered "slight"

you have to give up something man, youre not the only one that can not find the perfect blade. imo, pick the lie and the curve type then the depth. give up a little on the face angle

I came here to post it. I personally own a Warrior Dolomite Draper.

Also, CCM Lecavalier is pretty ****ing close to the Draper. I use a U+ Lecavalier curve, and they're nearly identical. I can't really tell the difference apart.

It's actually a 5 lie. I have a Warrior Draper that is clearly a 5 lie. It's even labeled as such.

Isn't Sakic a 5.5? I'm using a stick with a lie of 5 and it's clearly wearing down on the heel.

yea, the sakic is a 5.5 which is why im saying the draper really isnt a 5.

like others have said, you may need a 5, but you might want to adjust your skating, hand position on your stick, or arm position.

if you want a 5, you are going to have to give up some other particular

I decided to go with the recchi, even though it's face isn't open, it's neutral.

If you're going tapered you can get a Warrior Draper in a lie of 4, 5, or 6.

If it's off by .5 I wouldn't sweat it too much.

I'm used to a Recchi and also switched to a Heatley and am more than satisfied. I bought three Easton Synergy composite blades after trying one out in a game.

If you're looking for a standard blade, the Montreal M95 Euro is a 5 lie mid-toe curve, wood with ABS core, so it's in between composite and wood with pretty good durability.
