There was this nasty nest under the panelling of my roof, I got up on a ladder and sprayed the **** out of it last night with poison and this morning I woke up to a bee holocaust.

They'll be back.

You got to put poison in the little holes they bore into the wood , then cover the holes up. Then it takes slightly longer for them to return, but they still come back.

I hate those *** things.

i'm nervous. My new apartment has a wooden porch. I know they'll be burrowing through the roof.

I kind of have this fear of bees. It all has to do with that hornets nest I stepped on when I was 5 I've been stung since, and realize its not too bad. But still....

I ****ing hate bees. I was sleeping over my friends house, and I felt a pinch. Lifted up the blanket, and there were 11 bees on my leg. I, like a real man, screamed like a little girl for about 15 straight seconds and ran downstairs.

Ouch, hornet stings are much worse than bee stings. Carpenter bees don't sting though, they can bite, but you gotta be slow to get bit by one of those fat ass things.

I don't mind bees, they're in the "good bugs" category since they help out my garden.

Carpenter bees are the enemy of this summer.. They're in my buddies Tiki Bar, but we can't get to the nest.. We're all sitting underneath, and all of a sudden, a bunch of wood shavings will fall on our heads or in our drinks..

Sons a *****es.. We'll get them soon.. What'd you use, regular Raid?

Anyone seen Angels and Demons yet? I liked the book, liked the Da Vinci code movie, but it hasn't gotten great reviews so far.

So what was supposed to be a Thursday night to Saturday afternoon marathon of alcohol and boating at my friend's cottage on the lake turned into a Thursday night of alcohol, some Friday morning boating and jetskiing, and then a 1.5 hour drive back because my friend forgot that he had to work. But a good time was had, just not an extended good time.

Do it just after sunset - they are active during the day but all go back to the nest at night. Ground hornets were my personal favorite for the night attack - pour a little kerosene into the hole and ignite.

Raid wasp/hornet killer works fine for less enthusiastic folk.

Ahh yes...good ole' fire. Some people pour salt on slugs. Me? I douse them with lighter fluid and then light them on fire.

I went in there expecting to be blown away by epic battle scenes between man and machine. I was appeased.

The plot and acting were sub-par, yes.

The loser that is filling in for Jim Rome today is doing his absolute best to rip on the NHL. He's trying to say that the NHL always comes last in the food chain, etc.

Funny how this guy plays second fiddle to Jim Rome and his guest is a ****ing Indy car driver. What a loser.
