Craig Anderson

Where do you think he'll end up? How much do you think he'll be signed for? Think he'll be a starter?

Who is potentially looking for a starting goalie?

COL
EDM
?

I don't think that being a good back up is going to get him a big money deal. I'd be really surprised if someone expects Craig to be the man, and pays him accordingly. I'd be surprised if he's making more than $1.5M next year.

I'd like to see Holmgren send Lupul+ for Harding, and sign Anderson for two years at $1.5-2 million per.

Agreed with that number. I think there are other guys that may be more sought after like Clemmensen, Boucher, etc who have proven more in the past than Anderson. I tried to tell Panther fans the same thing but they wouldnt believe me and think he's going to get $3M on the open market. I think he gets at most $2M but definitely a team would pay $1.5M for a guy that can probably start 35-45 games.

I think the Isles should have interest. They need a 1A and possibly #1 goalie with DiPietro unlikely to shoulder (or hip) a full starting role, and possibly not even that.

Cheers,

Dan-o

Sounds like a good idea. I'd like him to re-sign for one more year with FLA. ,but he could be looking to cash in this off-season.

While I hope he comes back next season, I don't think that's going to happen.

Read somewhere that he grew up a Wings fan, I wouldn't be surprised to see him sign there. Kindof expecting him to.

I would Like The Isles to make a Run for him too but guess what?????? Most likely not happening cause there is goalie who use to play for Gordon in The B's minor team that will come cheap named Andrew Raycroft...I hope I am wrong ...but I feel this maybe the way The Isles will go!
