Hobey Baker winners (and CHL award winners for that matter) aren't necessarily the best NHL prospects. Look back at guys like Junior Lessard and I'd bet the rate of those guys who make it is probably smaller than you'd think.
Bozak was a Hobey Baker finalist this year, while Gilroy won the award himself. No reason to beleive either of these guys would go in the 3rd. Latest would be 2nd for either of them imo.
Hard to say. I posted before the OP edited in to pretend that they were 18 (either that or I missed it). If you look at hobey baker nominees and winners over the years, there's a lot of players who are late round picks or never really had an NHL career.
If they had the talent they do now and they were really 18, Gilroy would be a definate top 10-15 pick, Gustavsson would be the same, Bozak would be a late first, and Hanson would probably be a 2nd or 3rd rounder.
But because they don't have that room to grow, I'd say Gustavsson would be a 2nd rounder, Gilroy and 2nd rounder, Bozak a 3rd rounder, and Hanson a 3rd or 4th rounder.
