Boston Draft Party?

Hey all,
Just want to get a gauge of if/how many Isles fans there are in the Boston area...
I'm looking to put together a draft day watching thing at a local bar...
If you're in the area and could potentially make it, let me know. I'm starting to organize.
Thanks,
Andy

You should come to Long Island where the real party will be...and you can get here cheap from Boston for probably no more than $15-$20

No, it's rare. Rarer than refusing to draft the clearcut superstar, in fact. Just be ready......stupider things have happened. I hope Snow knows he's going to be the Antichrist if he screws this one up.

Drafting Duchene over Tavares is about as dumb as drafting Forsberg over Lindros. Pure idiocy!!!

You mean Pat Faloon over Lindros.....the #1 and#2 forewards?

Or do you mean Scott Niedermayer over Lindros? Makes more sense being ironic about that.....then.....

Forsberg was the #1 Euro forward and I thought he was better than Falloon (I liked his junior linemate Whitney better than Patty).

Back then there were still the question marks on using a high draft pick on overseas players (ie. some scouts said Jagr was the most talented player his year but slipped because he was Czech). Sundin was a different story because he was clearly the best player in a poor draft year...

Yeah, I wish I could be down where the real party is at... but I just took a job as an EMT here and I can't skip town for a day or two during the week... as much as I want to be at the barn!

Just seeing if there's anyone else around that will be in a similar spot as me...

Work = Crap, Islanders Draft Party = Awesome! You can always find a new job, it's not like the islanders rebuild every couple of years . Anyway, I went to the Isles - Boston game in March, what an awesome city. I love me some boston and the Bruins fan were absolutly awesome!

I hope it pisses out like it is today so my game gets canceled and I can go to the party at the NVMC. Please rain on the 26th!
