Bob and Harry are the absolute worst I have ever seen or heard. I would rather hear a game called by Mooch and I.

Am I the only one getting seriously pissed off by what they plan on showing us? I really feel like unsubscribing. They're really laughing at us if they're thinking I'm gonna watch that kind of BS instead of AHL/lhjmq/good hockey (LIVE HOCKEY).

Get sportsnet, or if you have it keep it.........atleast they will be showing live games.

I dont know about tsn though?? I heard they were gona broadcast some classic games, but thats only a few nights a week. I presume they will also be showing a limited amout of live games, less than sportsnet though most likely......

I got an email too, this if for Sportsnet Ontario.

Hello Adrian,

Thank you for your recent email. We have agreed to a broadcasting package with the AHL. We will be releasing the schedule shortly. Our first game will be on October 31. We are also working on a broadcasting agreement with the CHL. We will release that in the coming weeks. I hope this helps.

Sincerely
Jim LaChapelle

Just curious Darz....if your brother has RDS on Bell ExpressVu , he may have it on an old programming package for 1$ A MONTH PROVIDED HE HAS THE SPORTS PACKAGE.....
If he removes RDS he will never be able to add it for 1$ only again , he will have to take the whole theme choice called " monde en francais" at $6.95 / month
You may want to check that out with him.

That's what I had to do tritone, I wanted only RDS but they told me I had to get the whole package  . What I did was cancel one of my themes(music ie. much music, musique plus etc.) and get the french theme instead. I have the 7 theme package btw.

Yeah that's the best way , but even then you still had to give up another theme choice, it kinda sucks , Bell ExpressVu can't offer RDS at 1$ anymore because of contract disputes with LCN , Canal Vie and TV5 ... so the customer bites the bullet. once again , money is the deciding factor .

He has it through Shaw Cable.

BTW, I received an email from RDS today regarding the possibility of showing Bulldog's games.....

Hi Mr Erickson,

Unfortunately, there's nothing decided yet concerning Hamilton's Bulldogs.
We'll transfer your suggestion to the people in charge of programming.

Thanks,

Customer service dept. - RDS

I suggest others send emails asking them to consider showing Bulldog games.

I'm thinking if they receive enough e-mails they at least have to look into the possibility of adding some Bulldog's games to they hockey programing.

People...write more e-mails!!!!!!!!!!

Well I wasn't sure, but after many hours of investigating, I found the secret way of emailing RDS....

Scroll down the left side of the rds webpage and hit the "écrivez-nous" button. Then scroll down to the form (don't forget to click "oui" on the "désirez-vous une réponse à votre courriel"). You can write in English, I guess.

Hey, that's pretty sharp. Only a brilliant mind could come up with such a simple but highly efficient procedure. And quite elegant, I might add.

Thank goodness you bought that last copy of the French-Finnish dictionary in the Thunder Bay Book-a-porium.

Hmmm, in celebration, it's breakfast time at the Hoito...or maybe Persian time at Nucci's...or else it is mourning time to wonder where the heck the Crest went?!?!
