Just wanted to know what Duck fans feel Giguere's value is, and what players it would take for a trade to happen.
I personally like Giggy, but feel he is overpaid, and if a trade happened Toronto would have to send Toskala back.
What type of players do you guys think gets moved if Toronto takes on Giguere?

We are the leafs, we are not rebuilding...there is no such thing in Toronto.
And I say that because I know that Toronto wants to be active in free agency, and by the looks of it, Burke would like to make the playoffs next year. I believe we fans wont put any real pressure on the team to make the playoffs, but if they did it will be great for the kids development, and if they dont, next year's draft is on par with this years. Win win !

look, i am around many many fellow ducks fans constantly... and i know many many of them all have creepy crushes on pahlsson... the fact is,
he HASNT played good for the past 2 seasons... actually i think he was pretty BAD the past 2 seasons.
the year they won the cup he looked unbelievable. the year before,(1st post lockout) was pretty good, but was nothing to rave over.
the fact that everyone said the pahlsson trade was a BAD TRADE, makes me believe that alot of our fans dont understand players. his last GOOD season was a while ago, get over it, KEEP HIM!
this does make alot of sense to me...i remember during the playoffs the broadcasters would say giggy and allaire are really tight so if he might have his NTC to stay with allaire but doesnt his kid have lik medical problems and need to stay in the anahiem area?
