Wow, I actually care...

I was trying to be all hard and apathetic toward the lockout...

"Screw the players and their greed, we don't need them!"

But this morning during class, without even realizing it, I found myself scribbling down our lines in my notebook. Instead of contemplating the Puritan revival in antebellum America, I was pondering where to stick Satan, "on the first line or leave Dumont with Briere"? And I swear a tear or two descended and smeared some of the ink. Dammit, now I fell further behind in class because I had to redo my defensive pairings. Fitzpatrick's name dragged across the page, overlapping something about Nat Turner and systematic repression, but who really cares at this point. These are my Sabres and all else pales in comparison.

It's official, this fabricated disguise has worn thin and my disaffected stare has cracked. My burning heart is no longer concealed. It is on my sleeve, the blatant emblem of my sorrow.

I need my Sabres.

I have been taking this whole "Lock-out" thing pretty good so far...

Just give it some time though, after my hockey season I will have no way to take out my anger...

Maybe, I should start playing Lacrosse???

A Poly-Sci major would try to confuse you with double talk and a Liberal Arts would try to analyze the reader.
