Bottom Line: We Won't Know for a While if Pickups will Work

So much change on so many levels-- we can talk all we want but as I sit here and think about what kind of team we'll be with the likes of Gomez, Cam, Spacek, and Gill, truth is I have no idea. It can really go either way. I think we still need another top player, but that only means more potential long-term contracts.

Not sure what the identity of our team will be-- maybe that is my answer.

Truth is, I'd be OK with it all if Gainey hadn't traded away McDo-- completely unnecessary to secure Gomez.

Sums up our day. We spent like $100M and we still don't know if it'll work.

regardless , change was in order

I dont give a S H I T , I would of been more pissed to have the same

f**en team come back and rot . This is an upgrade offensivley , enough with crap about bring Koivu back , or resigning a 10 point Komi . Or praising Cube or waiting for
Higgins to turn into Lemaire one day , enough of this **** .

We have 2 offensive players who may get 75-80 points a year , when was the last time we did that ?????

Christ , how many playoff rounds have we won in the last 6 years ?

This isn't change, it's an implosion. Still small, still soft....better hope the PP gets hot again, because nobody's going to be scared to play physical against this team.
