I'm pissed about the signing, and am on the fire Murray bandwagon now, but look on the bright side, we can see him take a run at Heatley during games now

And to the guy who said Neil has 10 career points:

Please Murray, do us all a favor and at least try to sign Kotalik at least...

i'd pay neil 3M if it prevented him from going to toronto. Neil in toronto would make me sick.

I have always tried to maintain a certain ambivalence and balance about GMs, good or bad. Not anymore for Bryan Murray though.

In the draft, we were all singing Murray's praises. Now, for a few lacklustre signings, we want him gone?

Haha Murray is really trying his best to **** all over the Ottawa organization. How are they ever gonna afford good players when they have their 3rd liners overpaid like this.

Agreed. Ottawa being my 1st team and MTL my 2nd. At least Murray didn't sign Hall Gill. I barfed a bit in my mouth when I heard that one. It's like they paid $4M for a stanley cup ring and got Gill for free..

"The New York Rangers offered a four year deal to Neil, averaging $2.3 million per season, while the Edmonton Oilers and Toronto Maple Leafs have both tabled three year offers to the Toronto native."

I guess Murray hit the panic button when he saw Toronto loading up on goonery

Yeah, tell that to Murray . He transformed us in the most coveted team by the 4th liners , every 4th liner in the league would love to play here and get the kind of money that Murray is throwing on useless players. It's unbelievable, a ****ing nightmare

One of my favourites enforcer who can chip in offensively also, but two millions for four years is waaaaaayyyyyyy too much.
