I know everyone else is sitting on pins and needles about this decision like me, but it looks like the Flyers roster has Pronger as #20, and Matt Carle back to #25. Who the F knows anymore?

Oh, and the new Cherry Dr. Pepper is the t!ts.

Oh yes, my friend. If you have a "cheat day" scheduled into your diet, I suggest getting yourself several cases, and just bathe yourself in the stuff. Either that, or just enjoy one in a nice frosty mug. Whatever floats your boat.

Fun little information. We are ranked 14th the NHL in "giving back to the fans" It pretty much ranks 122 major teams in North America.

http://espn.go.com/sportsnation/team...gs/_/sport/nhl

(Look at our coaching ranking )

so I did it. I can't believe I actually did but I did.

I was walking through London Drugs on my way to the till after picking up a 3.5" stereo aux jack when his face caught my eye. I did a double take and saw that my eyes were not mistaken.

Yes, Vince the Sham Wow guy was starting at me...actually staring at me with about 10 faces. I am now the proud owner of not one, not two, but FOUR shamwow towels!

Overweight or obese? They really have two seperate meanings.

I believe a BMI above 30 is considered obese, correct me if I'm wrong. I used a calculator and came out to 28, I'm 5'11"(closer to 6'0" though) and I weigh about 175 pounds and in no way obese, but came damn close.

Either way, yes it sucks, but people need to let their children outside more(like our generation), watch their kids diet (because most little kids will eat ANYTHING, really the parents are responsible for obesity), and I think parents need to go back to beating their kids when they do something wrong, more and more brats are being raised it seems like.

Just my opinion. Wow I'm 23 and already have the "Get off my lawn you punk kids" mentality.

I'm overweight easy.

It's not easy man, think of how much working out and dieting you have to do to maintain a normal weight? A ton, Mr Selter Water.

Soda has high-fructose corn syrup (terrible, terrible stuff). You can get soda ANYWHERE. McDonalds, KFC, Wendy's, you can't drive more then 5 minutes without seeing a half dozen.

Portion size has gotten out of hand, exercise is disapearing from peoples daily and even weekly schedule, and food that is being served if full of fat, sugar and carbs.

IDK, it's ridiculous.

Not to mention they cover salad with dressing, which is mostly fat and crap you shouldn't eat.

I can go to Wendy's and get a Jr. Bacon Cheeseburger, Crispy Chicken Sandwich, and Small Fries, all of which holds me over just fine....for under $4. What does that say?

Gagne...despite what JXC told us all last season. The board will have fun with this.

No Spezza. Not surprising given the gluttony of talent at center.

This.

Kick them out of the house and let them get into some trouble. Then when you find out about it, rough them up a little bit. It's all part of growing up.

Also, those BMI charts are ridiculous and stupid. They assume that a person has average muscularity and slender build. If you are even reasonably muscular with a thick build, there is no hope of getting a good # on that damn chart with out being body-builder lean.

I plan on beating my children, my children's children, and my children's children's children. I may even take a step back and beat my parents too.

Yeah, I'm not a big fan of BMI. I'm 6'1, 190-200 depending on the week and I run frequently for as well as playing soccer and hockey. I'm not ripped, but I do have muscles and I'm in good shape, yet according to the index, I'm overweight.

I mean, this kind of crap is probably why so many girls feel bad about themselves, you have to be built like a stick to have "normal weight" apparently.

I guess the better question is...

Do you eat to live, or live to eat?
