OT: Pixies at CEPSUM

I just bought two tickets for the Pixies show on November 27 and I saw that the show was on the ice of the CEPSUM so I was wondering how good is that place for a show...

Also, I have floor tickets so how much time before the show I should go the the CEPSUM to have some good place? This is my first big show so I want it to be great!

***BTW, is anyone else here going to the show?

Damn, that place is still at it.

I remember seeing the Police (yep, with Sting in it) 2 decades or so ago. You get both elevated seating and general admission on the floor.

So it's a good place to see a show or not?

Poor you...really! They are so good. I can't beleive I will see them live! I was probably lucky to have two tickets because the first show in Montreal is sold out but there's still some available ticket for the second show.

You bet. You can get pretty close to the group, particularly if either you get there early or are fairly cheeky. As far as acoustics, that's not the strength of the place.

I'm still happy I at least got the chance to see the Cure in TO during the summer. That was awesome!

Cool, lucky you. I live at 5 hours from Montreal so it's quite hard for me to go to Montreal for a show...

Anyone know if the CEPSUM is inside or outside?

Bah, seeing the Pixies live is so last April.

Just kidding, go have fun. It was great when their first shows in over a decade were on the prairies. You can enjoy them now.
