Any recommendations on pants?

I need to get new pants. Mine have been alright for a while, but last night I got dumped onto the ice, and my left cheek feels sore.

I have some older Koho 2200's. Looking for a good recommendation on something else.

i have a hard time finding people who are disappointed in Tacklas. I've also heard great things about Rbk/CCM pants.

I wear Bauer XXXs, but they're a bit snug for my liking and will be getting a pair of Tacklas soon.

I've got the V06 pants and can't say enough good things about them. I can only imagine they get better as you go up models.

I just recently got the '08 model of Reebok's 5k pants for $50 at a hockey store around here. There's a lot of protection on them and the mobility is awesome.

I got Warrior Hustlers, I have not tried them out yet. But the Warriors, theirs tons of padding, I put them on and my brother made fun of me calling me a fat ***, but I dont care how big they make my but look, theres tons of padding so I feel protected, anyone else use the Warrior Hustlers?

But the padding is really solid. So if you fall on your behind it should not hurt.

Don't get pleats, they'll make you look fat.

Tackla are probably the way to go ... I'm sold on getting some at some point after all the goodness I read in here about owners of them. Basically they ONLY do pants and do them well.

The guys in here who own them swear by their comfort and protection.

I'm going to get some at some point soon.

Me too. I was given some when I started ice recently and all I have read here are positives about Tackla. Once I get some of my own I will be picking up a pair of those

I settled for some Easton synergy pants. Definitely not quite as mobile as my old Koho's but certainly more padded. Should help.
