With almost half the vote in the third round, Michael Del Zotto is the clear winner. Sauer is the guy people voted to add.
I expect Round 4 to be the most exciting one out of 30. It should be very close and will involve excellent prospects.
Somewhat off-topic: I was the guy who a year ago complained about our depleted farm system. But it's been rebuilt remarkably quickly. In addition to the 7 draftees, we got 8 more prospects worth a mid-round pick or better (McD and Gilroy are worth first rounders).
This is definitely the best Ranger crop of prospects since Amonte, Weight, Richter, Leetch, Zubov, Kovalev, etc were coming up from 1988 to 1993. It may even turn out to be as good or better than the that group. For the first time, our future truly is very bright.
TOP PROSPECTS
1. Artem Anisimov
2. Evgeny Grachev
3. Michael Del Zotto
(Don't forget to say who else you want added to the next round.)

I agree, but if the pool turns out to be half of what that one became, I'll be happy.
I almost felt like making it Sang vs. McD because others might interfere with the scoring of those two. I don't think anyone else will come anywhere near these 2 dmen.
You know what I find odd? I mean, I get that Kundratek has been around for a year and had a solid season last year... but how is Bourque, a consensus third round pick, getting votes to be added by some people before Werek, a consensus second round pick in the same draft? It's not like we have had a whole season to compare development of these two guys. Right now most of us are just going off of reports...
Stepan add KUNDRATEK - this guy is vastly underrated COME ON PEOPLE
It may be that this is one of the deepest prospect pools (though maybe without any truly elite ones) we've ever had. The top 10 is going to be very solid with very good players after that. It's not like if Stepan comes in 6th, 7th or 8th that he's not being respected--keeping in mind that he's at least one maybe two years away from turning pro and that he's not quite yet a big time player in the league he's in.

Not a big deal, just curious.
Bourque probably has the higher ceiling. He is flashier and a very good offensive player but he is undersized and not good defensively although I think that will change playing under Roy. I would put Werek up there next after Dupont because I think Brodie is going to be a good player.

This is the second poll I voted for Gilroy. You all better be ready to eat some crow
So if Gilroy becomes a NHL D this year, ends up as a number 3 D on the team in 2 years, but Sanguinetti, McDonagh or DelZotto end up on our first pair with Staal in 3 years... who eats crow in that situation? I ask you, being the resident expert in crow-eating and all.
