With almost half the vote after 150 votes in the fourth round, Bobby Sanguinetti is the clear winner. Ethan Werek is the guy people voted to add for this round.
I expect Round 5 to have a runaway winner. Don't forget to say who else you want added to the next round because it should be a close battle for whom to add in the next round.
TOP PROSPECTS
1. Artem Anisimov
2. Evgeny Grachev
3. Michael Del Zotto
4. Bobby Sanguinetti
I don't know why being more NHL Ready (Gilroy) makes you a better prospect, but IMO Kreider is the much better prospect. I went with McD here, but Gilroy getting votes over Kreider is weak. Kreider's skill set and size make him a very exciting prospect. A better one than Gilroy, especially considering that we have a logjam of great defensive prospects.

I wondered the same thing a couple rounds ago. Kreider is a good prospect, but I bet he'll #8 after McD, Gilroy and Stepan. Honestly, I think our top 8 prospects are all pretty close. I can see #8 turning out to be better than #1 within a year.

yeah, can't argue with you there. Just find it interesting that it's a no contest and it really seems to be going in order of who's closest to being ready for the NHL. I admittingly don't have great knowledge of either Stepan or Kreider, but Kreider seems like a much better prospect from the little I do know about both of them.
1. Grachev wasn't just drafted. He had a terrific year after that.
2. Grachev is still vastly overrated on this board. Let me see him get 90+ points next year and we can talk.
I'm not talking about this year. I'm talking about last year. He was what, our #4 prospect or something last year? He is overrated but the point is that the round of being drafted is irrelevant.

People seem to be REALLY pumped about last year's picks: Dizzy, Step and Grachev.

It's not irrelevant since scouts/GMs know more than we do, in the general sense and about the kids they just drafted. Give it another year or at least half a year, then we'll see.
I really think it's stupid to have draft reviews days after they took place. If you want to describe the draftees fine, but it's really dumb to give grades the day after the draft.

Grachev probably would've gone a lot sooner if he was a north american prospect. Bourque is a third rounder, and he's got the advantage of being north american.
