Tyler Arnason For Dummies Video

Since this is the shortest hi-lite reel ever, I have also included Colton Orr's fight against Tyson Strachan of the Blues on February 16th 2009.

Eh, not really understanding the hate for Arnason. He's put in some respectable performances in the past and seems like a reasonable project/gamble given his salary. At worst, I think he forces Boyle to bring his A game if he's going to win a roster spot out of camp.

a lot of people dislike him because he has reportedly had a terrible attitude in the past

he has NHL experience and they need a spare 13th forward so I think he gets the spot

don't get it...

appreciate the effort, but these vid's are just bizarre...not funny either. The 15 minute intro is brutal.

So hungry for news, took a bite from this ****-sandwhich. Drop the puck already....hockey withdrawal: painful.

I do know that he and Sutter bumped heads back in the day, but I didn't think those problems followed him to Colorado.

Does anyone know the exact rules for 2-way contracts? I know the fact that Arnason still has to clear waivers if he doesn't make the team and that 2-way just means they can pay him a minor league salary if he doesn't make the team, as waiver eligibility has nothing to do with 2-way contracts and everything to do with professional service time.

However, I was under the impression that only entry-level players and players that have not spent significant time in the NHL the previous season, due to being in the minors or injuries etc. could sign 2-way contracts.

Yet Arnason hasn't played fewer than 70 NHL games in a season since the lockout but the Rangers got him on a 2-way contract....

Any ideas or specifics about this??
