Will we be forced to trade our D prospects in the future?

If Sangs, Del Zotto, McDonagh(sp?) and Gilroy all pan out as I hope we will be in GREAT shape in a few years. However, thanks the to the good old Salary cap I was thinking that we won't be able to afford all of them.

(We won't be able to afford a D-pairing of Staal, Girardi, MDZ, Sangs, MCdonagh and Gilroy in the future.) I say this because I can't see how a team can pay these guys like top 4, top 2 Dman from bottom to top and still have enough salary to put forth a decent offense. *We will be forced to trade one or two of them in the next 5 years.

However, If Sather can trade Gomez and get a return on him imagine what he could do with a top 4 Dman entering their prime (all of them have potential of being a top 2 Dman **(Except Gilroy)**

Do you agree? OR Will they just invest heavily on defense and go with a weak/cheap offensive group?
