Roller Wheels

I'm about to buy new roller wheels I've never bought new wheels before and I plan on doing it online. I was thinking about these...

My question is, how many wheels is that price for, one?

Would I have to buy four 80mm and four 78mms?

What kind of inline skates do you have? Specifically what kind of chassis? I can't think of any setup that uses 78's and 80's, but I'm no expert either. You also need to make sure you have the right wheels (608 vs 688)

Also, what surface do you plan to use them on?
