I don't want Kovalchuk. Only guys i would be willing to give the payday that he will get to are Crosby or Ovechkin.
Why in God's name wouldn't you??..Outside Ovechkin, nobody in the NHL has scored more goals than him since lockout. 189Goals in 4seasons (318GP), that's an average of 49G/season.
Only Ovechkin has a better average (56G).

There isn't many players in the league worth as much money as they want, but in my books he's one of them for sure.

As for the site, you don't need to be a genius to realize there's a great chance he'll test out free agency. In 7years, his team has been going nowhere. They made the POs once and got swept.
The biggest offensive star after him is Antropov. The arena is empty every game. I really don't see why he'd want to re-sign there when he could easily play for any team he wants.

I'd pay Kovalchuk as much as he wants, he's a complete package. I'd ink him regardless of cap issues and then try to free up some room if needed.

Hammer and a 2nd to Colombus for Klesla to free some cap space.

Then Andrei and Sergei with Subban for Kovalchuk (signed).

Got to give some to get some!

Let me be the first to put out a trade offer......

S. Kostitsyn A. kostitsyn D'Agostini O'Byrne and a 1st for Kovalchuk

Didn't add Hamrlik as he would not waive his no trade to play in Atlanta.
Please dont go post this on the trade board

Exactly. Spector had verified their last rumour (Frolov) with two solid sources and it was bogus. This is not a legitimate site and just like Eklund, they're making stuff up!

Didn't you hear? Unreliable sources are the new Eklund.

You can post them and say they just reported insider/GM chatter and/or speculated. Which obviously means they are somewhat reliable.
