How different is it than the Canadiens' one? They're all using the same frame (with the exception of the Rangers).

Or are you referring to Kovalev? If that's the case, I hear that they're looking for fans out there.

I liked the old one way more... the only thing they needed to change was a fullscreen button on their videos.

They took a step back IMO since they removed the logos to say which sport something is about.

What the hell is the grand club? Fan blogs? And why does it take up 25% of the home page? I don't like reading armchair gms opinions on RDS, there's always a similar trend.

Le Grand Club is a good idea for the ones who cant wait to give their point of view as they want. But I do agree that it takes Waayyy too much place in the front page and the news pages. Its pretty annoying.

If only they were just armchair GM's, most of them are clueless idiots.

I hate it. The only thing we seem to see on each and every page is the damn Grand Club. Who gives a **** about the opinion of 12 year old kids who doesn't know how to write correctly 3 words in a row!

Being a web developer I get what they are trying to do. However so much of it is just so wrong in so many ways.

The little graphics in the news section really helped. Now everything is the same and you have to read... it was so much easier before.

The fact that we have to OPEN the "sections spéciales" in the middle of the page is really bad. Who is really gonna click once to just see an ad, and click a second time to follow the link?

They haven't improved the video section in any way, and in my view that was the feature that was the most in need of an upgrade. No full screen, and a heavy dark gray interface that you need to open in a pop-up.

The link to the home page is so small, I think it'll take a while to get used to it.

The page titles are ugly. In fact, the design in general lacks the finesse of websites like TSN, ESPN, even RDS Olympiques. The small JavaScript animations in the menu really don't help. There is also a lack of consistency between the home page, the other pages, the Grand club and the video section.

I wouldn't call that an improvement. The old one was not modern looking compared to the other major sports website, but at least it worked. There are too many flaws in this website, and coming from RDS, it really is surprising. You would think they would get it right the 7th or 8th time, but they didn't.

I'll go to CorusSports or Radio-Canada Sports from now on.

At least it's not as bad as this: http://fr.canoe.ca/sports/

I hate this website, there's no way to tell what news concerns which sports/team. Who the heck is Cheveldayoff for instance.
