HC-IR Fantasy Draft!!!

Welcome to the HC-IR Fantasy League, Hollywood Cannon and IslesRock4 will be the commisioners. Although we will have other people helping out too. (Thank You OG for permission to use this outline)

Roster Thread

Rules

- A Fantasy Draft of 22 rounds, 20 main roster players, 2 extras (snake draft)
- 30 teams
- Prospect Draft of 6 rounds (Players not in the NHL right now, not including entry draft) Prospect draft order will be the opposite of the Regular Draft.
- Entry Draft Order is TBD and will last 3 Rounds
- 1 hour per pick, GM's with 2 skipped picks will be fired, time freeze at 12:00 ET AM - 11:00 ET AM
- Waiting list (for people who join late, would slip into the role of the previously fired GM)
- Salary Cap - 56.8, after the draft if you are over the cap, I will point it out, and you will have 1 week to get your cap problems straight or you will lose your 1st round entry pick for the next year. Salary Cap may change after each year.
- Everyone who thinks they may not be here has to send a list in before each round. So even if your not sure send a list in.
- Prospects are players with less than 10 *Regular season* games played, you may not pick them in the normal draft.

Point System

For the season we will be using a point system.


Waiting List

If you have dropped by the thread too late and still are interested in this league, write me a PM I will put you on the waiting list in the main thread. The waiting list will be used for filling in for the fired GM's, or GM's that may quit.

Firing

You can be fired by many ways:
1) If you have missed your pick twice you will be fired
2) If I dont like you, you will be fired

Trades/Free Agency

When you make a trade with someone, send the trade to me I will post it up. If you want to sign a Free Agent one of the helpers (not me) will be the negotiater to negotiate deals on a free agent. Please try not to make the trades outragously stupid either, vetoing trades is not allowed but if it is outragously bad ill be the verdict.

Goal: 1 point
Assist: 1 point
Shoot out winning goals: 0.5 points
PPG: 1
SHG: 2
Overtime Goal: 3
Empty Net Goal: 1
Game Winning Goal: 2
Plus/Minus Plus: 1
Powerplay Assists: 1
Short Handed Assists: 1
Overtime Assists: 2
Penalty Shot Goals: 3
Hat Trick: 5
Defence
Goal: 2 point
Assist: 1 point
Shoot out winning goals: 1 point
PPG: 1
SHG: 2
OTG: 3
Plus/Minus - Plus: 1
Plus/Minus - Minus: 1
Power Play Assist: 1
Short Handed Assist: 1
Overtime Assist: 2
Penalty Shot: Goal: 4

(Bonus points include Primary Points)

example: Game winning goal = 2 (Bonus) + 1 (Primary) for a total of 3 points.

Also forgot to add, you must draft at least 1 enforcer!

Well I haven't discussed this with IR yet but I have decided to install a new rule. Starting next round, If you pick is skipped you will be unable to make your selection until the round is over.

Williams is taken. I've seen a lot of people pick guys who are taken lately. Is it that hard to press Ctrl+F and type in the player's name?
