Edit. Miller and a 3rd.
And also a dirty player. I've hated this guy for years and now I have to root for him in the Ducks uniform...It might take some time.

But the team needed more grit and muscles so whatta hell... Ducks hockey is back

Love, love, LOVE this trade!!!

Could very well be every bit as useless as Miller in the offensive zone, but the additional size and nastiness is fully worth the 3rd rounder.

Maybe Miller will get a shot to play a two-way role in Tampa?

Any chance we'll see...

Artyukhin-Koivu-Selanne?

Or Artyukhin-Getzlaf-Perry. He'd end up with 6 goals and 7 thousand hits.

I dont know, Carlyle himself said something along the lines of "we may need more size on that line" in reference to that pairing. From what I've seen he's a pretty good skater. As long as he doesn't have to handle the puck much...

Who knows, regardless I think he's a perfect addition.

Now we have two enforcers.

Artyukhin isn't any more skilled than Parros.<-retracted

Good move by BMurr, I've always found R2 to be an intriguing player. I think he has untapped offensive potential, but either way we are getting a really physical player here, for a guy who didn't really have a spot in this years lineup.

Though he does have far more skating and hitting ability, making him more versatile.

R2 = 3rd line
Parros = 4th line

Arthuikin has about the same points potential as Sammy or Moen.

Penalty killing better work fine and other teams watch out your knees.
