So they said we sign Sykora and Prospal and we trade for a number 1 center and the name they brought are:

Getzlaf, Jokinen, Toews, Stastny, Datsyuk, Kopitar, Arnott, Marleau, Thornton, McDonald.

hahahahaha they want people to refresh 39047203874 a day so they can sell pub on their site.

I don't know if its credible, but every admin there know the source and seem to trust him very much.
That site makes HFBoards look like Mensa.

wow total B.S.

theres no way Bob is interested in Sykora, the guy is finished.. Prospal is on the decline as well.. Bob got rid of the deadwood this summer, this is certainly noy going to happen.

There seems to be a serious misconception regarding Prospal's play...

Sure he's not a bruiser, but he's not as soft as butter as you guys make him out to be.

Prospal is a chippy player. He would actually probably fit in quite well with the roster.

That being said, we are already loaded on wings and still have to sign D'Ago. No to Prospal for now.

Prospal and Sykora may be in town for all we know, a guy like Havlat apparently stays here in the summer as an example. I also heard the same thing for Milan Michalek.

I seriously doubt they are here to be ''wined and dined'' by the Habs though.

Awards:
Please no.

Sykora is done...he couldn't muster a 50 point season playing with Malkin and/or Crosby for most of the year and was a consistent healthy scratch in the playoffs.

Prospal is slightly more attractive but is way too inconsistent to devote any serious contract term or $$$.

And as has been said...we don't have the room.

This make no sense

We are loaded on the wings anf even if we traded a couple of wingers for ??? we could still replace them from within the organization without signing Prospal and Sykora. Not to mention that we are in a tight cap situation.

Sykora and Prospal are also soft as coffee cream and most likely on the decline. They both got 45pts last season which is nothing to rave about. They are pretty much useless if they don't produce and even if they do they are the last type of players we should be looking for (no grit , soft , questionable work ethic and defensive play ect)

Most likely and hopefully another bogus rumor.
