This STH presale is a complete joke. I didn't think I was gonna buy anything anyways. but I figured I'd fish around just to see what was available. I chose 5 different "gold" level games. Just tried for best available in the balcony to each. Couldn't get a single pair. And I tried a couple less desirable gold level games as well. Nope. Not a single pair of balconies available. cheapest tickets were $140 each loge 9 corners. So after fees you'd have to pay $300 for the worst set of lower bowls available.

I figured I'd try for best available to the lesser desirable reg priced game. Tried the Ducks. Best available balconies were LAST ROW corner balconies. Which were still $50 $100 for the pair. Friggin crazy. I couldn't pull a half way decent pair of mid ice balconies for ANY game. Even in the high rows!

I would like the Thank Mr Jacobs for putting on this presale. I guess the figured the wanted to make sure he gave 1st crack at the remaining non STH AMAZING seats to the people that already forked out thousands. And in some cases tens of thousands...

It's working for me. But there is only scraps avaialable. If your a STH I'd be happy to help you out. Not that you'd buy anything when you see what's available.

This presale for STH sucks. I've spent 30 min trying to get tix and every single time it won't let me complete my order!

exact same thing here, some "X201007" error message.

yet another example of Bruins Clown School -- they'll blame ticketmaster ofcourse. .

Just ranted at the Fan relations office. My point: Part of the intense marketing push to get you to pony up for STH is this is one of the perks.
The fact we can't get these at the Box Office and have to rely on Ticketmaster and their excessive fees and decript online processing is a FAIL.

Just did the same thing.

If any other STHs have this same experience, please, please let fan relations know about this. It's the only way they will know the extent of our fustration.

That State of the Bruins thing is going to be a front office love fest and a back office rant fest -- the marketing folks should be the ones wearing helmets that day.

When is that event? I don't see any info on it in the locker room. Maybe I'm looking in the wrong place? Going on a vaca the first week of Sept. Hoping it's not till mid/late Sept.

An email I got from Bruins Fan Relations last week said that the State of the Bruins event will be on Thursday, September 17th.

Thanks. Will have to put it on the calender? Have you ever been to one? Are they usually in the afternoon or evening? Were they fairly informative/worth the trip?

Just want to try to plan it around my 3 kid's soccer practice/game schedule.

Just picked up a pair for the Islander game on stubhub. Section 315 row 11 for 35 each. It seemed like a good view, can anyone confirm?

And which direction are the seats numbered, I got aisle seats but I dont know if theyre twoards the center ice side, or the goal side. Thanks for your help in advance

No problem. I've never actually been to one since this is my first year as a full STH. I think the reviews on here last year were that it was a good event. I'll likely make the trip.

Good seats. Seats run from left to right if you are looking at them. So seat #1 would be on the 314 side. Still a decent value at that price. The seats in row 10 just 1 row under you are sold at the grandfathered ST price of either $36 or $37. The grandfathered price on your row 11 seats is $26/$28. The new ST price is in the high 40's or low 50's and box office price is 66.50 and 76.50!

Even after s/h and the 10% buyer's premium SH charges you still probably saved $40 or $50 if you would have bought those same seats through the presale this morning.

Another great reason to buy through the seconday market instead of tickmaster or the box office and save big $

For the record, I sent the Bruins an email today at 12:30 and they just called me to follow up. Said there have been some problems, but they took the games I was trying to buy down and said they would see what they could do.

Thanks, lucky for me I have seats 18-19, so im in the neutral zone just inside the blueline. I also had a 10% off stubhub deal, so it eliminated the SH fee. And yeah I was planning on going to ticketmaster and getting the $32 seats at the top end, so for 3 bucks more per ticket I wound up at nearly center ice. Looking forward to the game, and seeing the Garden. You guys will probably whip our butts but im still looking forward to it, and good luck this season

Is there a season ticket holder pre-sale password? I thought they got the opportunity to buy tickets before the cybear members.

It's always nice talking with a nice/humble New York fan. They are a rare breed!

Hope you have a great time!

To those in Cybear good luck with the presale the one for STH today was pretty much a joke. Couldnt find much of anything in the balcony at all for the opener or for the Oct 3 game. Didnt look for the others since I was so frustrated after that but it sounds like they had some serious technical issues. Hopefully they will have them ironed out by tommorrow for you guys.
