Actually you haven't provided anything but biased opinions. That's pretty far from providing facts to support something you claimed to be a fact.
He said people have provided enough proof, such as this post:

Selanne - fell into his lap (wanted to come back in ANA)
Niedermayer - fell into his lap (wanted to play with Bro)
Pronger - traded for him using valuable assets like Smid and Lupul acquired by previous management. It's one thing if traded crap for Pronger but he had valuable assets to play with
Penner - signed by old management
Perry - not a Burke player either
Giguere - not a Burke player
Bryzgalov - starting to get the picture?
Rob Niedermayer, Sami Pahlsson - not Burke players.
The only pieces Burke acquired without massive help from previous management was Beauchemin and Marchant. Even then that was with the luxury of having Fedorov to trade. Sure, all GMs inherit a team and it's up to them to shape it how they want. At the same time, a lot of the important pieces for Anaheim's Cup-winning team were already there and ties to the team that Burke didn't forge helped him along greatly.
I'd like to add Getzlaf and Perry to that list that weren't picked up by Burke.
Burke did win the cup and nobody is taking that away, but in no way is he the big mastermind. Many, such as yourself, claim he is. That's why we say he's greatly overrated.
