You are right on the timeline i think....as far as call up it wont happen or at least it is harder to happen. You cannot recall a kid from junior unless you can prove your injuries are too deep and cannot be remedied from AHL/ECHL call ups. i could be wrong

Even less likely considering the fact that we have guys like Bannister, Schira and Carkner in the AHL. All of which have NHL experience.

Yes it's understandable that McDonough wouldn't fill an organizational need, but any time you can add a blue-chip prospect in the right deal, you do it.

Most of the Rangers top forward prospects are Russians. Something Murray typically stays away from.
