Got My Season Tickets Today!

Ah the excitement of getting your tickets means hockey is just around the corner again.

I have to tell you I am VERY impressed by them this year. Last years were lacking to say the least. Im speaking about the design of the tickets themselves. They were very bland and looked like crappy box office tickets.

This year big kudos to the new marketing department. They are presented and designed in a fantastic way.

Im very happy.

I did an "unboxing" video. Its uploading to youtube right now so Ill edit it into this post when its done, for those who want to see.

Haven't gotten mine yet. I can't believe it but I'm counting down the days until the 18th.

yeah it's been a looong off season for us, especially not being the playoffs. I can't wait for hockey season to start.

UPS delivered to the door. Not the usual stuff them in the mailbox and split. It is nice packaging. They went away from a ticket with the opponent's logo and a repeated background. I'll probably scan mine before I start tearing tickets off for the games. They're a spiral bound booklet which seems to be the team's preferred binding now.

LOL, at Patrick waiting for his first Lightning ticket season package to be delivered! It's better than a UPS truck at Christmas or the Charles Chips guy leaving that new tin of pretzels and cookies at the front door.

Half season tickets came USPS and look like ticketmaster. Oh well, we all can't have pretty tickets!

Half seasons have always been ticketmaster tickets. Not sure why either, but it's probably the printing set up. Can't really just leave a ticket "blank" the way the full season books are put together.

Pretty much my thoughts when I got them.

I give up on trying to upload this video. I have no idea why its not working all of a sudden.

Maybe someone can post some pics of them or something.
