Been there. Mighty fine grub. The chef/owner is quite a character. had an interesting discussion with him on crazy cuisine. We both work in that territory. I am sure the boys had a fine meal...

That's what a Captain is supposed to do.

Great food there...$7 for a Molson is a bit pricey but it's a cool place to hang out...also Drury will never live down that "won't ruin my christmas" thing will he?

To be honest, I'm surprised that mostly the new guys and rookies reported early to camp. I was expecting more the like of Lundqvist and some of the other veteran Rangers to take the lead and show up to set a good example.

I guess Drury, Lundqvist, Rosival, and Avery are really the only veteran Rangers we have

Well, it just always happens that Drury is usually mentioned around the time of a holiday.

I don't believe this for a second. I don't believe the NY Post could mention 5 hockey players and spell their names correctly.

Is warren 77 a place where the average joe can go and have a few beers, food, and watch hockey?

I was at Warren 77 on Friday afternoon for lunch. I had a half day and took my girlfriend there after work around 1pm. We were the only ones there the entire time! We had one of the big tables to ourselves. My girlfriend was making fun of the place because nobody was there and the menus were cheap clip boards with paper (she's a Sabres fan btw), but I loved it! The food was great! I had the hot wings and a Molson Canadian. Now i WISH i was there last night or Saturday instead (I heard that Avery and Brad Richards were there Saturday) I'm so mad

I also happened to be there on opening night when Lundqvist played on the acoustic a few months ago. I couldn't get in b/c it was only friends and family but Avery was nice enough to come outside and talk to us. That was really cool. I also saw a girl outside crying saying "I hate him, I hate him" when Avery was speaking inside. It was pretty funny haha!

IMO Hank shouldnt be on the ice yet. I know he has to practice and all but he is going to have a LONG season withthe Olympics and hopefully the playoffs. He is going to need all of the days off he can get. Although, hopefully this Olympics they will be able to play Gustavson along with Hank so he doesnt have to play every single game.

It was a little expensive but I think it was def worth it. Wings were $12 and a molson was $7. Some of the best wings i've had imo

There's a menu on the website.
