Absolutely bruital.

Let's trade Lucic, Savard and Morris for Tomas Plekanec and Ryan O'byrne

Made a mistake it should have been Bergeron- Bruins aquire a top young d-man and a big young center who is set to break out this year and should have enough money left to sign Kessel!!!

Brent Burns is considered to be a top d-man in the league and is only in his mid twenties and going to get better- with Bergeron gone and Sheppard as our new 3rd line center-the B's would be able to sign Savard next season!

If you think Burns is even remotely on par with Plekanec and O'Byrne, then the jokes on you.

the original proposal was Kessel+Wheeler+FERENCE for Burns+Sheppard. Burns isn't worth Kessel+Wheeler. Bergeron+Wheeler is different because Bergeron's contrat downgrades his value.

Burns + Sheppard has equal or better value to Kessel + Wheeler IMO. You're undervalueing Sheppard if you think otherwise. Minnesota rushed him but he's going to be quality player in NHL for years to come. And Burns is the best player in that deal.

Ference has no or minimal value in that deal. Salary dump from Bruins's part.

Changing Kessel to Bergeron means Minnesota wouldn't have any interest in that deal.

Wheeler has absolutely no interest in coming back to Minnesota, hence why he didn't sign with them. He played his years at the U and wanted to move on. Why in the world would we want a player that doesn't want to be here?

Talk about a trade that undervalues Sheppard The Wild walk away and don't think twice about it.

How is Burns' brain doing, by the way? Better, I hope.

Maybe subsitute Bouchard for James Sheppard and you'd have a deal, other than that can't see this one happening.

Trading Burns is like Boston trading Savard. It isn't going to happen
