I voted for Pat Burns, but Dany Dubé and Mathias Brunet are also excellent.

he's not an analyst, but each day I'm liking Jeremy Filosa from CKAC more and more. He's really a smart reporter and does his job really well, at least he's not a buyist!

Gotta give props to Jean-François Bégin. His reports are always well written, objective for the most part and not looking for sensationalism. He's a real pro and rarely reports rumors and opinions not based on facts.

MAG and him make La Presse's Sports section readable for me, in-between Tremblay and Gagnon's biased, speculative bs.

Overall, John Lu takes it though. He's the man.

EDIT: Mathias Brunet is good as well, forgot about him.

Mathias Brunet, hands down. Glovegate aside, his analysis is always well-reasoned, well-supported, and level-headed.

Dany Dube second, but TBH I'm not in contact with his work all that much. His over-emphasis on the importance of fighting and fighters turned me down on him a bit tho, but his analysis is very good.

That better be sarcasm. I mean Brunet is awfully emotional, he calls Latendresse "Guillaume", hates other players and raves on about bad penalties.

Makes sense, Mathias is much, much, much better than Benoit thats for sure. Our own MA Godin here is pretty good too.
