I agree. I love deflection goals.

agreed....it is the hardest way to score for me thats why they are so satisfying. I do not have much accuracy with my deflections.

I love doing those too ... I usually am at the top of the crease somewhere looking for a fake shot pass or something from the point.

Great play and a nice goal when it clicks.

I've noticed that 90% of my goals are scored down low and from within 10 feet. On the occasion that I'm 20-ish feet away, shooting low and away is extremely successful percentage wise.

Wrister top shelf. I've got a pretty good shot for my level so I've been lucky enough to score several pretty ones. Usually I score by grabbing a loose puck off a turnover, skating it in, see if the goalie gives any daylight, and shoot a very quick wrist shot.

My favourite is for sure off the crossbar and in, even better if it's a slap shot... Almost as good is a really hard slapper going 5-hole.

Where's the option for "2-on-1 breakaway, teammate shoots it, goalie stops it, teammate passes you the rebound and you one-time it backhanded off the defenceman and in top shelf?"

Beating the goalie glove side. It's like your daring him to try to stop you.

I'm a lefty and score a lot low glove side. It's something I'm a big fan of...

I'm a big fan of rebound goals. My favorite though is I like trying an end to end rush once every 5 games or so. I try not to do it often because its hella selfish to keep trying it more than once in a game.

A quick deceptive release that goes low between the legs of the defenseman and the goalie alike is my favorite when I'm in a one on one. Deflections that are in the air are satisfying.

Deflections. I've been working on them for the past year but every time I get one, it's mostly a fluke because I'm just trying to get a piece of it. So satisfying, though. One timers are probably my strongest point, it's great to just let it rip and see the net poof.

Nothing feels greater than scoring a top-shelf goal (forehand, backhand, or deke), makes the goalie feel r-worded after giving one up.

I would have to say my favorite is the "game winning goal"

Does that count?

Snap shot coming in on the left side (I shoot right) and putting it bar down is my favourite and my other favourite is backhand top shelf

I've scored a retarded amount of goals on some variety of one-timers. Usually rebounds pop out to me and poof, in the net.

I'm primarily(or used to be) a baseball player so my hand eye is great and I'm really good at deflecting but I prefer to score a nice top corner goal on a wrist shot because I only get a few of those a year.
