The Habs weakest depth position among prospects is their goalies and there's no way Mayer is the best. Desjardins won a memorial cup and then a ECHL championship where he was named MVP of the playoffs. This year he had a solid rookie season in Hamilton, although he played in front of one of the better teams. Mayer on the other hand, struggled in the Q with consistency issues again.

Yeah well I didn't really thought about Desjardins because he is starting his 4th pro season. Even though, he is still young, I don't really consider him as a prospect anymore.

But out of Mayer, Simila and Missian, Mayer might be the best.
