This site is for the whole Nationalliga or whatever its called, and you can follow the day to day scores plus the top scorers etc.. You can also see Nash's team HC Davos' scores there too.

This site has Heatley's individual stats. He's on 6 points in 3 games, at this rate he'll catch up to Thornton and Nash in no time.

And here's a nice big pic of Heatley playing for Bern against Lugano taken today (Nov 5). Nice jerseys!

my friend whos in switzerland told me today heatley got the puck in his eye
i think one of his teammate's shot to net sorta hit heatley and he was send to hospital to have all the bruise blood taken out, and hes going to be alrite

yikes
sorta like that JR incident.

heres the article in swiss
http://www.hockeyfans.ch/

Wow. That sucks. BTW it's not Swiss, it's German.

NHL Star Dany Heatley need to be send to the hospital, after a Daniel Briere shoot hit Dany's face near the eye. He wasn't able to see anything for a while. It was feared that he suffered some sort of eye injury, but those fears were unfounded. At the hospital they made a drainage to let off the blood. Heatley "just" sufferd a bloodshot eye.

Phhewww...I hope that Dany is okay, especially mentally.

I thought that's part of message was redundand, because it didn't effect Dany or Briere.

BTW on the SC Bern offical website they call it a severe eye injury. Now I don't know what to believe. Well at least they say that the optic nerv isn't damaged.

Get well soon Dany!

Unfortunatley, Heatley suffered a serious eye injury last night. Hopefully he'll be okay.

If you want to send Dany a get-well message just hit this button."Besserungswünsche an Dany senden" and then "Eintragen" (Enter)

I already send mine.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you, Dany.

I'm at a loss to find another hockey player who has had to deal with more adversity in a young career than Heatley, but should he heal properly, he'll return to the game he loves stronger than ever because of it.

Best wishes for a full recovery and return to the Thrashers and NHL...

Both Heatley's agent and doctor are saying that permanent vision loss is unlikely.

Update:

Heatley had successful surgery and is expected to be back in 4 weeks. No complications so far.

Well, Switzerland is right below Germany, and they do speak German in Switzerland, so you were right to an extent because the Swiss have their own dialect of the language (I would assume).

Anyways, it is grear to see Dany is recovering and will not recieve permanent eye damage from this. Talk about someone who's had a rough past year...
