Potvin is up there in age, so I don't expect much from him. POTVIN was our number 1 goalie because he was and is better then STORR simple as that. Storr had all the chances in the world to be our number 1 but never grabbed it.
They did get out-played, but not in the first period. We had all the momentum, and Potvin failed to make any big saves, and the players lost hope.

Potvin had an NHL team in front of him.. Storr did not.

Potvin would have never been in LA, if Storr was better. There's a reason why Potvin was the starter and not Storr. Storr had every chance to beat out Fiset but he never could. What was the score after the firs period? 1-0? 2-0? That doesn't mean they couldn't have come back and regained momentum.

Storr blows, he had a good couple of games every year and let us down every time we thought he had turned a corner. The guy just doesn't get it done, and has been horrible since leaving.

I watched the classic Kings game last week, the one against Ottawa, and it was scary that Storr and Passmore were our goalies that year(With Fiset on long term IR)
It was remarkable that we won any games that year. We lead the NHL in scoring at the time of that game and had a below .500 record
