I hope Price comes out strong. My main concern at the moment.

I'd like to see weber play with another solid defensemen. He's been playing with Hal Gill and he still played pretty good. If Weber played with Spacek or Markov I think he would look a lot better. Why? Because they can control the play together. Instead of leaving gill shoot the puck.

He will

And the habs just scored 3+2+1+1 (7 goals in 4 games)

We will scored 4+ this game

Predict: 4-2

Goal for the habs:

Cammalleri (1), Gionta (1), Latendresse (1) and Kostitsyn A (1)
An assist for S.Gomez

Goal for Pittsburgh Crosby (1), Tangradi (1)
An assist for Malkin

I'm definitely excited to see him with Markov. I've found him to look like a Markov-lite (very lite!) in his couple preseason showings. Not showing his booming shot or anything but making good first passes, but most importantly using his smaller frame very effectively to separate guys from the puck and rub them out a bit in the defensive zone. I think he's been very effective and responsible defensively, more so than I anticipated.

Tonight will be a great test for key guys like Pacioretty, Maxwell, and Weber to see how they can play with some elite players and whether they would really 'fit' with the big club now or any time real soon. I know this one game won't define that, but it can provide a glimpse into where they are at. It also provides us a chance to see if the Gomez-Gionta pairing can spark some magic.

This is going to be a great game. To bad I have to work, but I'll be recording it and watch it when I get home for sure.
