Chipper picked a horrible time for an injury to keep him out of the lineup. At this stage in his development, he's running out of time. He's been around for a few camps now and can't seem to crack (or say in) the lineup. At this point, he risks being bypassed on the depth chart by guys like Maxwell and Desharnais. I always liked Chipper but I'm worried he'll be a career AHLer.
Like he would of pick it on purpose. He had shoulder surgery in June and is practicing and doing contact in pratiice but dr. says no to game contact as of yet, Sergis had his surgery a week prior to chipc so it should be soon now.
