The Leafs certainly don't have the most talent on the top pairs, but they might have the best depth at defence in the league.

the leafs have one of the top 3 D corps in the east and IMO the deepest by far. The only team with a better back end right now might be philly but with pronger in decline and the leafs defence being much younger and on the upswing it wont be long until the leafs have the most solid D in the conference

Until we move a D or two to get some more help up front or a pick or two. I like our top 4 and our depth but wonder how long we will remain that deep.
