That's what I was coming here to say haha.

Anyway, this is the easiest rumor to make up right now. Let's wait it out before starting to believe BS rumor sites.

AK46 + SK74

for

Patrick Sharp + 2nd round pick

I don't want them to ask for a trade, but if it happens, this is the type of deal I'd hope for. When players ask for a trade, their value drop significantly.

Pacioretty - Gomez - Gionta
Cammalleri - Plekanec - Sharp
Latendresse - Lapierre - D'Agostini
Moen - Metropolit - Laraque

Not to shabby...

yep this is how it begins. next they start getting booed, their play deteriorates, media crucifies them, traded to a rival, come back to destroy us for years to come.

This isn't closed yet ?

Hendrickshockey is a site you or I could create. Judging from some of the intelligent posts around here, I wouldn't put it past one of you to be the creator of that site.

If they are traded, the medias have nothing to do with this. Yes, they(medias)'re stupid, but Martin and Gainey are being paid to make those decisions. And the organisation never took any decision based on what the fans wanted. That's the way they're working, and it's the best way to work.

Gainey and Martin are clever hockey men, and they're not taking their decisions without it.

The medias are stupid, but stop calling them out and stop saying everything bad happening to this team is their fault. This is ridiculous and stupid.

Yet another sk thread...

...but a more serious one. Lajoie just said that it's basically a sure thing to assume SK demanded a trade, is there any sort of confirmation or just the usual BS?

Marinaro usually is pretty close to the hockey world (he called the Martin hiring first), and said he already asked to get traded.

I really think this is getting more serious.

Do you mean Tony Marinaro?

If so, he's a bandwagon fan that jumps on every rumor. He gets lucky from time to time but is usually full of BS. I couldn't stand him anymore and he's part of the reason why I stopped listening to the Team 990.

This guy is legit, whatever you say, and he's not the only one saying this.

I just hope this **** is over by October 1st. Trade or not.

Marinaro is as far from credible as it comes. As was said, he just jumps on whatever the hot rumor is and hopes it turns out to be true.

If you need a recent example, it was Marinaro who confirmed the Kovalev re-signing this offseason on the Team 990.

Souray being pulled off the ice at practice and traded to the Sharks was another one of his gems.

Did he demand a trade before or after he signed with a KHL team?

Not what Lajoie said....he said that RUMORS has it that he asked for a trade. And where does Lajoie takes his rumors? Same place we do...The Klown, The Klun, the other Cloun, all these other bunches of clowns with more insiders than there are Habs employees...Thing is, even I could have started a rumor like that. We know or think we know how SKost took his last demotion last year, we know or think we know his character, we then start to beleive that he's asked for a trade.

And even if we were wrong about it? What would be the problem? There are guys out there that are wrong 9,9/10 times and there are still people believing in them...

I guess we'll see tomorrow, if Sergei reports - or doesn't - to Hamilton.
