It was interesting watching them play on the big ice...you could tell it was disrupting their game a bit. I only watched ~10 minutes but there were at least 4-5 times they tried to cycle or make drop passes and the puck would end up a good 10 feet off.

ok stupid/quick question and sorry if this was already answered:

Is the rink for tomorrow's game and saturday's going to be NHL regulation or International size?

Regulation size, but the glass is a bit (like 2 feet I think) lower.

A pretty entertaining game even though there wasn that much intensity. Lots of scoring opportunitys for both side, were Howard clearly was the better goalie. DRW was a bit lucky not to let in more goals, that said, if the players said it was a bit tricky to adjust to the larger ice that could be why it was a bit too open at DRWs own end. It IS a little bit different for sure, and Färjestad had a bit of an advantage there, but they needed that as well, wouldnt be fair otherwise.
