OT: Panthers sign Dominic Moore

I know a few people on here were curious as to where he would end up. He signed with Florida today.

the one thing on this board that is getting old is how every single player signed, waived or sent down we have a discussion about whether or not we screwed the pooch my not getting him.

Look at the healthy scratches and injured players--quinn and the boys still need to clear some dead weight

No room for him here but I would have liked him as an Oiler.

Personally I would prefer Weiss, but I guess we do have too many fancy dans.

Campbell is the sweetest plum IMO. 6'2, faceoff center, two-way player, hits everything that moves.

He's exactly what the Oilers need.

What would it cost to get Campbell? I assume Pouliot with Nash to sweeten the deal could make things work. I doubt Nash has much of a future with this organization.

I would rather trade for Campbell than sign Moore as a FA anyway, so I'd be on board with that.

Meh.

BTW wasn't Mike Johnson our previous 3rd line savior?

http://www.hockeydb.com/ihdb/stats/p....php?pid=21941

I still think we need to find a way to trade for Hanzal or Bolland. Or - at worst - get Stoll or Handzus for cheap (Kings have two 3rd checking centers).
