It's all about Mike Smith for the Stars. Ha, what a joke.

That is just terrible. Now how can we trust them that their preseaon ranking of #10 might not be accurate. How could the trusted hockey experts at ESPN do that?

I love that mention of all the scoring that Atlanta will be doing this season. One of Atlanta's goals should count for us

Eklund is almost more credible because everyone knows he is full of it and we all filter appropriately. Some people take ESPN seriously, scary.

#25 is missing so I would guess thats where we were placed. Still, ranking teams after 2 games... riiight.

I think the Smith description at 29 is more likely. The Stars didn't get a write up from what I can tell. They're #25.

We weren't dead last? Someone at ESPN must've gotten a bribe...

ESPN should stick to sports like poker, spelling bees and ultimate eating.

They fixed it now. We are 29th. 1 loss and we fall 19 spots. Ha!

Somebody (possibly a mullet head) must have been really pissed about the previous rankings. Probably the last time they ever let Burnside do a power ranking.

Too funny, I guess they have to do something to get hockey noticed. Even if it is totally off base, hey, at least they're trying...

They had two different people do the rankings from last week to this week, that is why there is such a large drop, just didnt think it would be a drop that would take us right off the list.

If you didn't watch Tampa play, you'd be misled by the score too.

Must have been making room to add Hamilton to the list.
