What do you guy`s think about Potvin???
Is he the No1 still at the end of the season or is he be outplayed by your backups???
Too early to say. There's only been one pre-season game and two rookies played. That said, considering his experience, barring unforseen circumstances, Potvin will undoubtedly be one of the starters come October.
The real question is who will be teaming with him - Raycroft or Shields. It's hard to believe that the Bruins would hold back Raycroft in order to give Shields the backup role, especially because Shields is not gonna be much more than what he already is. Raycroft needs to start getting time in.
As for Toivonen, because of his age and lack of experience, he is a longshot -- but, he had some outstanding saves in his first period of work against Montreal...and he looks like he could be the long sought true #1 the Bruins haven't seen around these parts since Andy Moog was booted from town.
